Why is it Special?

The set of 2 mocha cups is created by the Japanese design studio Sanaa. The design emerged from the "Tea & Coffee Towers" project - an international architect competition - and is named the Fruit Basket series. The expression is delightful with it's smooth, round yet organic and asymmetrical shape. It is Japanese minimalism, playful futurism and streamline elegance.
