Why is it Special?
The table lamp consists of a steel shade with an integrated LED light source and a lamp base made of hand-turned solid Italian marble. Lamp shade and foot meet at a rotation point around which the shade is tipped to regulate the light direction. The lamp has a round brass damper on the top of the lampshade and a textile cord.
The table lamp Eddy is an art in proportions; an airy shade floats over a heavy, organic base and creates a design in both balance and movement. Steel and marble make up the main elements, while golden glints of brass put the finishing touches on the atmospheric lamp.
The Eddy table lamp consists of a flat steel shade with an integrated LED light source, which balances on a lamp base hand-turned in solid Italian marble. The rotation in the processing is emphasized by the relationship between a narrow neck and a voluminous body, forming a simultaneously lively and tight silhouette.
Lamp shade and lamp base meet each other in a golden rotation point in the form of a shiny brass ball, around which the shade is tipped to regulate the light direction. With his downward-facing screen, Eddy not only illuminates his surroundings but also himself. The light is cast onto the marble and highlights the changing nature of the material. The table lamp creates a soft light, which can be customized with the round brass dimmer, which forms a refined detail on the top of the lampshade.
