We offer free shipping on most orders in Canada over $100 (before tax).
Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping on furniture, items that are large, heavy, or shipments to rural or remote locations.

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please provide your shipping address and we will get back to you with a quote as quickly as possible.
A tracking number will be provided for all North American shipments.
If your order is in stock, we will ship it within 1-3 business days.
If you are placing a special order, we will inform you of the lead time by email confirmation.
Vancouver Special is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
All shipping costs include insurance coverage of your purchase.
Fees incurred from rejected packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
Canadian law allows that we do not charge any Canadian and/or USA taxes to customers purchasing products from the USA with a shipping destination within the USA. All Canadian customers are subject to the appropriate federal and provincial taxes and these taxes will be applied at the time of purchase.
If you wish to return a purchase to us by mail, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return authorization form to be included with the merchandise.
Regular stock items can be returned with original receipt within 14 days for a full refund. Money will be refunded in the same manner in which it was purchased. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items or special orders. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Vancouver Special does not provide refunds for shipping costs, including any customs charges or duties that may be incurred. We are also not responsible for loss during shipping, so please be sure to insure the package and get a tracking number for all returns.
If something you ordered arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please let us know immediately. Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing photos to email@example.com. We always insure your package when we ship it, and any damage incurred during shipping will be covered under the insurance of the respective shipper (eg. Canada Post or UPS). If damage does occur, please keep all packing materials in order to make a claim.
You may cancel or make changes to your order providing that the order has not yet been packed for shipping. To do this, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All items are covered by the warranties of their individual manufacturers. We are happy to provide you with detailed information upon request. Most furniture has a 2-year warranty, and most electronics are covered by a 1-year warranty.
Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keep inventory accurate. This rarely happens but in the event that it does, you will be informed and you will be given an estimated time of delivery or refunded for the payment amount.
